PEPPERFIT SHIPPING POLICY

Pepperfit is a brand of The Basilverse Limited.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through pepperfit.com are processed and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Pepperfit products are hand-blended in the UK.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. The estimated dispatch or delivery information shown at checkout is provided as a guide and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may take longer to process.

You will normally receive an email when your order has been accepted and another notification when it has been dispatched.

2. UK DELIVERY

Available UK delivery options and charges are shown during Shopify checkout before payment is completed.

Our current standard UK delivery charge is £5.95.

Where advertised, we offer:

Free UK shipping on eligible orders over £50.

The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before any delivery charge is added, unless checkout states otherwise.

Free UK shipping applies only to eligible UK delivery addresses. It does not apply automatically to international orders.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days after the order has been accepted.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• postal or courier disruption
• severe weather
• unusually high seasonal demand
• public holidays
• customs procedures
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• events affecting transport or communication services

We will take reasonable steps to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including the correct postcode and any information reasonably required by the delivery provider.

Please contact info@pepperfit.com immediately if you notice an address error.

We will try to help where possible, but we may be unable to change an address after an order has entered the dispatch process.

We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will assist with reasonable enquiries.

5. DELIVERY PROVIDERS

Orders may be delivered by Royal Mail or another suitable postal or courier service.

The service selected may depend on:

• the delivery destination
• parcel size or weight
• the products ordered
• the delivery option selected at checkout
• service availability

Tracking information will be provided where it is available for the selected service.

6. MISSED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

The delivery provider may:

• leave the parcel in an agreed safe place
• deliver it to a neighbour
• take it to a collection point
• attempt redelivery
• return it to us

Please follow any instructions provided by the delivery provider.

Where a parcel is returned because delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is requested for reasons outside our control.

7. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

Please check:

• the delivery estimate
• any tracking information
• safe places around the property
• whether a neighbour accepted the parcel
• any collection or delivery card left by the carrier

If the order has not arrived after the expected delivery period, contact:

Please include your name and order number.

We may need to allow the delivery provider’s stated investigation period before treating a parcel as lost.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. DAMAGED PARCELS

Please contact info@pepperfit.com as soon as possible if your parcel or products arrive damaged.

Include:

• your name
• order number
• a description of the problem
• photographs of the parcel and affected products where possible

Please retain the product and packaging while we investigate, unless we tell you otherwise.

9. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Where an order contains multiple products, we may occasionally dispatch it in more than one parcel.

You will not be charged an additional delivery fee where we choose to split an accepted order.

10. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery may be available only for the countries and services shown at checkout.

International delivery charges are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination and selected service.

International orders may be subject to:

• customs checks
• import duties
• local taxes
• handling charges
• local product restrictions
• delivery delays

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Pepperfit product or shipping price.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products can lawfully be imported and used in the destination country.

Pepperfit is not responsible for delays, charges, refusal or seizure resulting from the destination country’s laws or customs procedures.

11. RETURNS

Delivery charges and return postage are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
