Rest is Pepperfit’s evening blend for slowing down after activity, stepping out of the day and creating a more settled routine before bed.

It combines Lavender, Patchouli, Vetivert, Geranium, Petitgrain and Roman Chamomile. Together, they create a layered floral, green and earthy aroma that feels soft at first, then gradually deeper and more grounded.

Rest is designed for massage, quiet evenings and the point when you no longer need to keep pushing forward.

Why these oils are combined

Lavender

Lavender gives Rest its familiar floral-herbal centre. It brings softness and balance to the blend and helps connect the lighter notes with the deeper base.

Patchouli

Patchouli adds warmth, richness and an earthy depth. It gives Rest substance and helps the blend feel enveloping rather than simply light or floral.

Vetivert

Vetivert provides the deepest note in the blend. Its dry, smoky and earthy character creates the grounded finish that distinguishes Rest from Pepperfit’s brighter blends.

Geranium

Geranium adds a rounded floral note with a fresh green edge. It lifts the heavier base oils and prevents the blend from feeling overly dense.

Petitgrain

Petitgrain contributes a clean, leafy citrus note. It brings freshness into the centre of the blend and creates a sense of space between the floral and earthy oils.

Roman Chamomile

Roman Chamomile softens the overall composition. Its gentle, rounded aroma helps Rest feel calm and reassuring without becoming flat.

Rest is built around contrast.

Lavender and Roman Chamomile bring softness. Patchouli and Vetivert create depth. Geranium adds floral balance, while Petitgrain introduces enough green freshness to stop the blend becoming too heavy.

Rest Body & Massage Oil uses a light carrier-oil base designed to provide comfortable massage slip without leaving excessive residue.

Roll-on

Rest Roll-on uses a separate portable oil base designed for light application to the recommended areas.

The formulation and directions differ from those of the Body & Massage Oil. Follow the information supplied with the individual product.
