Pepperfit Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your Pepperfit order. If you need to cancel an order or request a return, please contact us at info@pepperfit.com.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Where an order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process below.
Changing your mind
For most products purchased online, you have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To begin a return, email info@pepperfit.com with:

We will provide the return instructions and return address by email.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Return condition
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of cosmetic or personal-care products once they have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed, unless they are faulty or not as described.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
Return postage
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as returned products remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and checked, we will issue any refund due to the original payment method.
Where you cancel the whole order within your statutory cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional delivery charges paid for an enhanced or express service are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
We may reduce a refund where a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timescale. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please contact info@pepperfit.com as soon as possible if a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Include your order number and photographs where this helps us understand the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution. Your statutory rights are not affected.
